Today’s New Member Workshop

Everyone completed their pillowcase. We had a fun time getting to know some of our new members. 

The Basic Sewing group made Microwave Popcorn bags.  Pictured are Sharon, Lauren, Rennie, Claire, Georgeann, Jane A., Jane C., and Olga.  We had a lot of fun and everyone is ready to put them to use.  Shiela and Lorene helped mentor the class.  The second picture shows the examples from class that were in various states of completion and are now ready to use. Wendy instructed a wonderful group today. Floral Vases, Fish tanks, denim jackets, wall hangings and more.  Each and every one was a success.  Thank you everyone for such a great day.  

Great class today. Everyone just about completed their Iron Caddy with built in ironing pad.  A lot of math involved. But we did it. Thank you Georgia and Donna for teaching another fun class! 

Featherweight Bunnies and Baskets. 31 Fanatics finished their projects. It was a fun time. Thank you ladies for making my day 🥰

A big thank you to Cindy for teaching our Basic Sewing group how to make the 10-Minute (plus 2 hours) Table Runner.  They turned out great and everyone was thrilled with their finished product. Pictured are Marilyn, Reatha, Rennie and Georgeann.  Next are Linda, Sharon, Claire and Yvonne.  Kathleen had to leave early, so she is pictured by herself.  Donna and Lorene were our wonderful mentors.

Our newest instructor Carol Karl, with the help of Diane Deep and Jo Noguchi, had a fun day teaching in the Sewing Room today. Everyone was successful and had a great time! Excellent job ladies.
