SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate The class is limited to 10 STUDENTS.
We will make Octagon shaped placemats using a variety of coordinated fabrics.
FEE: A Pattern is required, and the fee is $10.00, payable to Cheryl at the time of the class.
SUPPLY LIST:
4 Placemats = Feature Fabric 2/3 yard; Coordinating Fabric 1/2 yard; Backing and Batting 1 yard
6 Placemats = Feature Fabric 1 1/8 yard; Coordinating Fabric 5/8 yard; Backing and Batting 1 1/3
For EACH placemat you will need:
Feature Fabric - 1 10-inch square + 4 Strips measuring 3" x 8 1/2"
Coordinating Fabric - 4 strips measuring 3 x 8 1/2"

Finishing and Backing:
Backing Fabric - 1 1/2 yards for backing
Batting 1 1/2 yards of Batting
You will be cutting 4 sixteen inch squares out of each.
Please bring your Sewing kit including Rotary Cutter, thread, etc.
